Born in London in 1952, Steve Matteson studied at Exeter College of Art and during the 1980's was a regular exhibitor at the famous Curwen Gallery at Windmill Street, West London, holding one man shows there in 1985, 1987 (Sep 10-Oct 31) and 1989.
